Know the status quo
Every Odoo project starts with a thorough analysis of the customers’ current business processes. Based on this, we at ENDEAVOR SBC will design the new future processes together with the customer, which will be based on the Odoo framework. Our general approach is to keep the Odoo standard as much as possible. Many projects fail due to high customization of processes in order to cover even the tiniest requests. Speaking from our experience, a well-executed change management and proper training can in most cases reduce the customization effort and therefore reduce overall implementation times and costs as well as assure that maintenance of the solution can be as generic as possible, without the necessity of maintaining customer specific solution knowledge.
