Corporate Social Responsibility
Second Harvest Japan
Our CEO and founder, Wolfgang Bierer, played a crucial role in the relief efforts following the devastating earthquake on March 11, 2011.
After ensuring the safety of all staff, he left Japan for 10 days to establish a charity organization in Germany aimed at raising funds for the relief efforts. Wolfgang’s first trip to Ishinomaki was on April 1, 2011, where he delivered food and relief goods to those in need. He made numerous trips to support the Tohoku region thereafter.
To date, his charity has collected over 23 million Japanese Yen, with all donations going directly to Second Harvest Japan without any deductions. Wolfgang served as a Board Member of Second Harvest Japan until 2023. Please support the incredible work of Second Harvest Japan.

Sailablity Tokyo
As a passionate sailor, Wolfgang Bierer actively supports initiatives aimed at educating people about sailing. Sailability Tokyo offers sailing opportunities to school children, interested adults, and the general public. ENDEAVOR SBC proudly sponsored one of the HANSE 303 sailboats in Sailability Tokyo’s fleet and had the honor of naming it.
